1) Introduction of Pancosma:
Pancosma is a global leader in the development and supply of innovative feed additives including Flavouring & Sweetening Palatants, Plant Extracts and Organic Trace Minerals. In the context of our development in China, we are looking for the following assignment:

Assistant to general manager China
3) Position:
- Job based in Shanghai (Malu industry park,Jiading district , shanghai)
- Reports to the general manager China
4) Missions:
- Provide the efficient support to General manager China to keep the good communication and positive working relationship with management team;
- Assist to draft the activity review for the headquarters in English if required;
- Follow up the daily working, business appointment and mailing of General manager;
- Coordinate travel arrangement for General Manager and executive visitors;
- Act as cashier for the company;
- Coordinate the products registration and other administration issues;
- Assist with year-end audit, and assists others with various reports and analysis
5) Candidate profile:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is must, good French skills will be a plus
- Honest and Good record in integrity
- 1- 3 years working experience as assistant, good level in computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Account knowledge will be a plus definitely
- Ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision
- Highly motivated and active in working.

Quality Manager

Quality manager
3) Position:
- Job based in Shanghai(Malu industry park,Jiading district,shanghai)
- Reports to QC department of Headquarter and the General manager China
4) Missions:
- Coordinate with QC department of headquarter and set up the new workshop
- Control raw materials’ quality; follow finished products’ quality, packing, etc.
- Start up new production lines
- Implement Quality Control process, according to ISO norms
- Manage sample storage and documentation
- Audit suppliers
- frequent travelling if required
- Coordinate the products registration and other administration issues
5) Candidate profile:
- Major in chemical engineer ,food/feed engineer or similar industry
- Honest and Good record in integrity
- Fluency in English, basic french will be a plus
- 5 years experiences in food or feed production sector, management experience will be a plus
- Familiar with ISO norms set up
- Solid backgroud with QC as well as HSE knowledge
- Ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision
- Highly motivated and active in working
- Good teamwork spirit and computer skills
